How do I sell my coins and bullions to CoinInvestDirect.com?
The buy price is displayed next to the product you want to sell.
To fix the price, please call us during office hours between 9.00am and 6.00pm when we will confirm the price.
Once the price has been fixed, you will be asked to send the items you wish to sell to our receiving warehouse in Germany or London where they will be checked by one of our experts. Postage and insurance are covered by the seller.
Please enclose our signed form confirming the type of coins and bullion you wish to sell, together with details of the agreed price and quantity.
Once we have received the items, we will confirm receipt and give you feedback.
We will arrange payment upon approval of the items. Please remember to include your bank account details in your signed form.
In the event that we do not approve the coins, we will return them to you. Please note that CoinInvestDirect.com will not pay shipping charges when returning unapproved coins.
